What technical detailing includes
Construction working drawings at a level a site team can build from. Technical specifications for every material and system. Door, window and finish schedules so nothing is ordered twice or forgotten. Joinery and detail design down to the junctions people actually touch. SANS 10400 compliance, including the energy requirements of 10400-XA that trip up so many submissions.

Documentation on its own
You do not need to appoint us for the full project. If you have a concept from another designer, or an old set of plans that needs to be brought up to standard for council or tender, we can produce the technical package on its own.
