As Principal Agent we represent your interests through the build: administering the contract, monitoring progress, controlling quality and certifying payments, so the building you get is the building you signed off.
What principal agency includes
Contract administration under JBCC, the standard form used on most South African building contracts. Site inspections and quality control at every critical stage. Payment certificate valuation, so the contractor is paid for work done and not a rand more. Dispute resolution when something goes wrong between client and contractor. Final completion management through practical completion, defects liability and the final account.

Without independent oversight, the gap between drawings and workmanship widens quietly. Variations go unchallenged. Defects get painted over. Payment claims drift ahead of progress. A principal agent catches those things while they are still cheap to fix.
